A show about nothing has produced a surprising amount of something. These are officially licensed Seinfeld shirts, and the range splits cleanly in two: the vintage character designs, and the phrases that got out of the show and into general use. Vintage Elaine is the best-seller, with Vintage George second.
The vintage character series
Each lead gets the same treatment, then the supporting cast follows. Vintage Elaine also runs as a wash tee and an oversized tee, and Vintage George does the same across a wash tee and an oversized tee. Vintage Kramer, Vintage Newman and Vintage Frank fill out the rest, Frank being the only one of them with a holiday to his name. There are straight portraits too, in the George Costanza T-Shirt and Cosmo Kramer, and if you want the ensemble in one go there is the Seinfeld Characters T-Shirt, the Seinfeld Scenes tee and the Seinfeld Logo T-Shirt.
Vandelay, Festivus and the Jerk Store
The other half of the collection is vocabulary. The Jerk Store T-Shirt is third here and also comes as an oversized tee and a tote bag. It's A Festivus Miracle does its work every December. Vandelay Industries reads as a plain corporate logo until someone in the room recognises it, and runs on a tee and a tote bag. These Pretzels Are Making Me Thirsty has a tote of its own, No Soup for You holds the counter, and Group Call, Marine Biologist and Who is This? take the deeper cuts.
Fits and sizes
Standard tees are combed cotton in a regular fit, XS to 4XL. Oversized tees are 275gsm heavyweight with a boxy body and a dropped shoulder, so size down for a neater line. Wash tees run the same designs on a washed body, and the tote bags take the artwork off clothing entirely. The puffy shirt remains the great garment moment of the series, and we have left it where it is. The rest of our licensed range is in Licensed Collabs.
