When you upload images, our magical auto-crop feature will crop the person, pet, arch-nemesis or whatever is in focus. You can upload straight from your phone or computer, position your images, then add backgrounds, effects like lightning and sparkles, and text with cool fonts.

- Try to upload high quality photos, as they will expand in size once printed. Over 1500x1500px in size for best results. Camera roll photos on a newish phone are usually good enough quality to use.
- Avoid using dark images or images with lots of background elements.
- Wait for the auto-crop feature to work its magic, it takes around 5-10 seconds per image depending on size! Then drag and drop your images to arrange them on the canvas.
- Once you’ve finished making your design, click on review and choose the quantity you want.
- We recommend using a computer over mobile if you want to be super pro with your design.
- We adhere to a policy of not printing anything that includes nudity or offensive content.
- Please note that once ordered, we cannot edit or make modifications to the design. The design tool is self-service, and what you see in preview is what will be printed.

Do you ship overseas?

What is the return and exchange policy for custom t-shirts?
As all custom products are personalised for you and not resaleable, we only accept exchanges for damaged/defective products, not change of mind.
Can you make modifications to my design?
Once you've ordered a custom tee, we cannot edit or make modifications to the design. The design tool is self-service, and what you see in preview is what will be printed.
Do your shirts run large?
For guys, they are regular fit to slightly on the larger side. Choose your regular size or for oversized fit, size up one.
For girls, size down if you want a more fitted look. if you want oversized fit, go your regular size or a size up, as it's a unisex fit.
What's the print quality like?
Bright vivid colours. Durable. Feels like good quality, not like a cheap plastic transfer. Printed on demand just for you.
What are the specs of your tee?
Premium quality combed cotton, medium-weight at 200gsm, regular fit.
Should I use a computer instead of mobile to design?
We recommend using a computer like a Mac or Windows for best results. But some team members have made absurdly brilliant designs on mobile too.
Your design tool isn't loading for me, what should I do?
When you load the page, the preview button and image options should appear. Try opening an incognito browser if this hasn't happened.
I want my custom product in multiple sizes, how do I do that?
If you want multiple t-shirt sizes of the same customised image, simply add one size to your cart, close the slide-out cart, then switch to a different size and add it to your cart.
Is there anything I can't put on the design?
