Is there a minimum order?
No. Under about 20 pieces, design it online: the customiser prints one-offs and small batches with sizes per person, and the cart discounts from 3 units. For bigger runs a quote is quicker: send a brief and a person prices it.
How fast is it?
Standard runs print in 3–5 business days after you approve the mockup. Express is 1–2 days for a surcharge. Delivery takes 3–5 business days within Australia and 7–14 overseas.
What should I send?
Whatever you have. A print-ready file (PDF, AI, EPS, SVG or a high-resolution PNG) is ideal. A screenshot, a sketch or the logo from your website also works, and we tidy it up. No artwork at all? Our designers draw it from $350, free on orders of 100 or more.
Do I see it before I pay?
Yes. Every quote comes with a digital mockup showing placement, colour and scale on your garment. Nothing prints until you approve it.
How do I pay?
Up front on your first order. Approved accounts move to 30-day terms from the second order. Every job comes with a tax invoice.
Where do you print it?
At the production centre closest to you. California prints for the US, Prague in the Czech Republic prints for Europe, and Australia prints for Australia, New Zealand and Asia Pacific. Every run ships from the centre that printed it.
