Threadheads Affiliate Program - Terms & Conditions
By joining the Threadheads Affiliate Program, you agree to the following terms. These apply to all affiliates regardless of platform or channel.
1. Eligibility
You must be 18 or older and have an active, publicly accessible platform (social media account, website, or similar) with genuine, original content. Threadheads reserves the right to approve or decline any application at its sole discretion.
2. Affiliate Links
You will be issued a unique tracking link upon approval. Commissions are only earned on sales made through your assigned link. You must not leak, manipulate, misuse, or self-refer through your link.
3. Promotional Standards
When promoting Threadheads, you must:
- Be honest and accurate in all claims about our products
- Clearly disclose your affiliate relationship in line with applicable advertising standards
- Not use spam, unsolicited messages, or misleading tactics
- Not bid on Threadheads branded keywords in paid search without prior written approval
4. Commissions & Payment
Affiliates earn 20% commission on all verified, completed sales generated through their unique link. Commissions are paid monthly. Commissions are not payable where an account has been suspended or closed due to a breach of these Terms.
5. Account Compliance & Suspension
Threadheads conducts regular audits to ensure affiliates meet our program standards. We may suspend or permanently close any account that:
- Provides invalid, inactive, or unverifiable platform links
- Shows signs of inauthentic engagement, purchased followers, or artificial traffic
- Breaches any part of these Terms
In the event of account closure due to non-compliance, any accrued commissions will be forfeited. Threadheads reserves the right to close non-compliant accounts without advance notice.
6. Termination
Either party may end the affiliate relationship at any time. If you exit the program in good standing, any legitimately earned commissions will be paid at the next scheduled monthly date. Threadheads may terminate your participation immediately for any breach of these Terms, in which case unpaid commissions will not be payable.
7. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued participation after notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.

How can I track my order?
You will receive an automated tracking number once your order has been dispatched. You can also track your order in your Threadheads account here.
Will I be charged customs or import fees for international orders?
Please note some international orders will occasionally be charged customs or import charges upon arrival in the destination country. We are not responsible for these charges.
If you are ordering from the UK and your order value is above £135 pounds, you will only be charged duties at checkout.
Canadian orders may incur customs or import charges upon arrival in the destination country. Please note that we are not responsible for these charges.
