Is there a minimum order?
No. Under about 20 pieces, design it online: the customiser prints one-offs and small batches with sizes per person, and the cart discounts from 3 units. For bigger runs a quote is quicker: send a brief and a person prices it.
How fast is it?
Standard runs print in 3–5 business days after you approve the mockup, at our US centre, stock permitting. Express is 1–2 days for a surcharge. Delivery is usually 3–6 business days anywhere in the US.
What should I send?
Whatever you have. A print-ready file (PDF, AI, EPS, SVG or a high-resolution PNG) is ideal. A screenshot, a sketch or the logo from your website also works, and we tidy it up. No artwork at all? Our designers draw it from $350, free on orders of 100 or more.
Do I see it before I pay?
Yes. Every quote comes with a digital mockup showing placement, colour and scale on your garment. Nothing prints until you approve it.
How do I pay?
Up front on your first order. Approved accounts move to 30-day terms from the second order. Every job comes with a tax invoice.
Where do you print it?
Most US runs print at our centre in California, stock permitting, and ship from there. Runs for Australia and Europe print in Melbourne and Prague, so every order ships from the centre that printed it.
