Wholesale Policy
MOQs
To ensure we can offer competitive prices, we have a minimum order quantity of $500 for our wholesale clients. If you require a smaller order, please reach out to us and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
Returns
We believe in the quality of our products and are confident that you will love them. However, if you receive damaged, defective, or incorrect items, we offer a 14-day return policy for those items. Simply contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to arrange for an exchange or refund. Please contact us as soon as possible so we can rectify the situation.
Shipping
At Threadheads, we understand that fast and affordable shipping is a top priority for our wholesale clients. In order to offer the fastest and most cost-effective shipping option, we charge shipping once the order is placed. This allows us to immediately begin processing your order and ensures that you receive your products as quickly as possible. We use a variety of shipping carriers and will work with you to choose the best shipping option based on your needs. If you have any special shipping requests or requirements, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
