Custom Printing FAQ
Do you ship overseas?
Yes, we ship all over the world.
How long will it take to get my order?
Custom orders in Australia take 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries take around 10-14 business days. Delivery details will be provided at checkout and in your confirmation email.
Can you do custom design work?
Yes, we offer custom design work for $50 per hour. Our standard service, though, includes a free mockup of your shirts if you have the artwork/photo ready to print.
What resolution should my print files be?
We recommend high resolution images (the best is 300 DPI). In less technical terms, it means make sure your image is on the bigger side so it won't distort when we print it to scale on a t-shirt (or other item).
How does your minimum order quantity (MOQ) work?
We need a minimum of 5 items to print. You can print on a mix of sizes and styles though!
